How does this work? Fill in the form below then Debbie will contact you about your commission. Once the details are worked out, you make your deposit then send reference photos.
What about reference photos? Typically, you provide 6-12 reference photos of your home or pet. (For homes in Amarillo, Debbie prefers to take the pictures.) Photos may be sent by e-mail or US mail (to P.O. Box 20487 Amarillo, TX 79114). In submitting photos to Debbie, you are indicate that you are the owner of the original photos and grant her permission to use the photos to create your painting.
Please note which pictures have the most accurate coloring of your home or pet (this can vary with sunlight and time of day).
HOMES- panoramic plus zoom-in shots taken from one position are necessary.
PETS- close ups of face are necessary; zoom lens is helpful when photographing easily distracted animals. Please contact Debbie if you have questions.
When do I pay for my portrait? A $50 non-refundable deposit is expected upon order. Balance is due upon shipment/delivery. Payments may be made online using the link below.
What if I don't like my painting? Debbie's work is fully guaranteed. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the painting, simply return it within 10 days in its original packaging for a refund (less deposit and shipping).
How long does this take? Typically, it takes 4-6 weeks from time of order to time of delivery. Due to the rush at Christmas time, November 15th is tyically the last day Christmas orders are accepted.
